BULK POWDERS® Sucralose is 100% Sucralose powder and is not to be confused with typical supermarket products that are around 95% Maltodextrin and 5% Sucralose. The main advantage of BULK POWDERS® Sucralose is that it’s zero calories and only a tiny serving is required.
Sucralose is a table top sweetener with a wide range of uses. Sucralose is 600 times sweeter than regular table sugar (sucrose). It can be used to sweeten foods in baking, drinks such as tea and coffee, and even products such as BULK POWDERS® unflavoured whey protein.

Usage
BULK POWDERS™ Sucralose is extremely potent, so use with caution. Usage depends entirely on the application, but to sweeten something such as an Unflavoured Protein, we would suggest in the region of 50mg per shake.
Synergists
There are no direct synergists of Sucralose, however it is ideal for sweetening unflavoured protein powders such as Whey Protein, Casein and Egg Protein.
